1. General Taliinisa is an online store operated from Karachi, Pakistan, offering premium formal wear, luxury lawn, maternity, and kids’ formal clothing. These Terms govern your use of our website and any purchase you make.
2. Accuracy of Information We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions accurately. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric dye lots. We are not responsible for such minor differences.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment methods accepted will be shown at checkout. Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) require verification.
4. Order Confirmation After placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS. COD orders not verified within 3 days will be automatically cancelled.
5. Product Availability All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or cancel the order.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this website (images, designs, text, logos) is the property of Taliinisa / Sobia Latif and may not be used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability Taliinisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
